Elm City Echo

The Elm City Echo is a street periodical that publishes content produced and sold by New Haven community members experiencing poverty and homelessness, who receive a portion of the sales profits. I was approached by the Editors-in-Chief to design a front and back cover to the Spring issue that expressed the spirit of the city and publication. I collected leaves from the central New Haven Green as a representation of how the Echo helps its storytellers shed pieces of themselves in order to create new and beautiful stories in the future.
